Abby wanted me to make sure everyone knows she doesn’t sit around all day rebuking Valor. In fact, quite often she is sitting on the floor playing with him. He has a little pot and spoon of his very own, but doesn’t care too much for cooking carrots.
He’s so responsive! What a great kid!
I love that your outfits are matching in the ‘playing on the floor’ picture. Also, I have always said that my sons became rational by 18 months, meaning that they knew what you mean when you say don’t go in the street and they obeyed. I think Valor is ahead of his father and uncles. Way to go Valor!

Love it!!!! Getting into trouble and touching things he shouldn’t…that’s how it’s done 🙂 I miss you guys and think about you often. It’s fantastic to see valor up and about. Really makes me feel joy! Parker started school and is doing great. Pretty rough schedule with school, ot, pt, etc, but he’s thriving. Spent a whole week at Shriner’s doing intensive rehab and he was a star. They even asked us back for him to be the demo kid for an ot certification class. it was awesome. Sophie is something else. Very different from her brother, harder to amuse but crazy aware. Life is hectic, busy, but wonderful. Think about you guys all the time. I’m SO happy to share in the wonder of it all. Good for you. SMILE!!!!!!!! P.S. The cake was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been keeping up with your trilogy for a couple of years, and I am overjoyed to see Valor growing into such an adorable little boy. Every time I read one of your posts I am reminded of Romans 8:28, (especially Valor’s 1st birthday.) Thank you so much for sharing your journey with the world; It is such an encouragement.
